Amibroker Q & A: How to Remove Excess Signals

A great question came across my desk the other day, and that is:

“In one of your videos you say the last two lines of code ensure we do not take all the signal arrows.  Could you please explain this?”

This is really cool because I use this all the time – in fact I’ve since learned a few other ways to do it (such as with the Flip function), but always come back to ExRem.

ExRem means “REMoving EXess” signals.  To use it, we type in ExRem(Array 1, Array 2); – where Array 1 is the signal we want to STOP taking after its first signal, until we get an Array 2 signal.

Check out the video for the full detail!

Hope you enjoyed, and happy trending!
